HELP!! ACCOUNT BANNED!! Empty HELP!! ACCOUNT BANNED!!

Aeria has just sent me an e-mail saying my account is banned and accuse me of third party buying and selling, of which i have NEVEr partaken in. I have e-mailed Aeria and am waiting for a response. What else can I do? any Suggestions?

Sorry for just posting. If your issue is resolved ignore this. One thing you can do is go to this site Click Here and see if your problem fits any of the things listed. You could also go Click Here and submit a ticket to resolve your issue. I've used these in the past with no success, but these are pretty much your only options. (besides start a new Account)
