How It Will Work (Important)

It is Election time and it is mandatory for all Rogues to submit there vote.

Rules:
There is none. I came up with a fail proof system that will ensure all candidates will get a fair race. This system will prevent double or triple voting. If a new account is created on the forum and cannot be validated by the account holder in-game it will automatically be deleted and their vote will be removed. This is very serious considering it determines the future of our family Rogue Empire.

Instructions:
The official race will be divided into three sessions called "Rounds."
Session 1 "Eligibility Round" will determine who is eligible for candidacy. Within this session the Admirals and Vice Admirals can choose to submit or remove their names from the race.
Session 2 "Preliminary Round" all Rogue's are required to vote for one candidate.
Session 3 "Primary Round" to narrow down the amount of candidates there will only be 3 candidates running for leader position. All Rogue's are required to vote for one of the three candidates.
In case of a tie measures will be taken if this situation happens to arise.
